1.2. Buyer Information

The Buyer ("Customer") is the information registered in the system when purchasing the service. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order.

2. Subject of Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The subject of the Agreement is the QR menu creation, management and publishing services provided by Pratik Menü.

3. Service Information

3.1. Service Features

  • Digital QR menu creation and editing
  • Unlimited category and product addition
  • QR code creation and customization
  • Multi-language support
  • Management panel access
  • Technical support

3.2. Service Fee

The service fee is calculated based on the current price stated on the website at the time of order. All prices are stated excluding VAT. Legal VAT rate is added to the invoice amount.

3.3. Payment Method

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • Bank transfer / EFT
  • Credit card (online payment)

4. Performance of Service

4.1. The service is activated immediately after payment approval.

4.2. The Customer can access the service 24/7 via web.

4.3. Technical support is provided during weekday business hours.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. In accordance with Article 48 of Law No. 6502, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without showing any reason and without paying any penalty, before the performance of the service begins.

5.2. In digital content and services, the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the performance of the service has begun with the Customer's prior approval. The Customer is deemed to have accepted this situation during the order.

6. General Provisions

6.1. By approving this Agreement in electronic environment, the Customer accepts and declares that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information including the basic characteristics of the service subject to the Agreement, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions and right of withdrawal, and that they have given the necessary approval in electronic environment.

6.2. If the performance of the service subject to the order becomes impossible, the Seller will notify the Customer in writing within 3 (three) days from the date they learn of this situation and will refund any collected fee within 14 (fourteen) days.

6.3. The performance of the service begins after the payment is transferred to the Seller's account.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Turkish Republic law applies to disputes that may arise from this Agreement.

7.2. In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized for disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above this value.

7.3. Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices are the authorized authorities.

8. Effectiveness

This Agreement enters into force upon approval by the Customer in electronic environment. A copy of the Agreement is sent to the Customer's registered email address.

9. Agreement Date

This agreement enters into force on the date of the Customer's order approval.
